Microsoft announced today that DVR recording will be making it’s way to Xbox One, allowing users to record shows regardless of whether or not they are home. In addition, you will be able to record programs from your phone and stream recordings through your various devices. DVR recording will be subscription free and will launch sometime in 2016.

In addition to this, it was also mentioned that the Xbox One will be getting a chatpad accessory similar to the one that released for the 360 that plugs into the bottom of your controller allowing you to type messages with ease. It also comes with two programmable buttons to do stuff such as one click recording or screenshots.
