While the anticipated Warzone Firefight draws nearer, 343 has given out a little appetizer of what we can expect to get when it launches.
Content that will be available for Warzone Firefight
What some of you might notice being shown in the screenshot showcasing the content that will be available for Warzone Firefight is an Ultra Rare item called the Temple Banshee.

What you might also notice is a new Warzone Map Prospect.  When players start playing on this map, they will get dropped immediately in a mining facility and attack any hostiles defending them.  The best strategy to overcome the enemies on this maps is to use the environment to your advantage.  The map is designed with areas used to take cover and be more strategic with areas such as trenches, whether they are aiming to complete an objective or go for the enemy core. Also, unlike current Warzone maps in Halo 5, Defending the Core on this map will have more options to utilize than before, and overall it is considered by 343 as a great opportunity to evolve the way players will play Warzone Assault as well.
In the meantime, a new playlist Team Doubles just went live on Halo 5: Guardians as this week’s social playlist as it features new maps handcrafted by the community through forge. If you haven’t been caught up on the maps you will be playing on in this playlist, you can view them here.
Speaking of Forge, we also got a new glimpse of a brand new Forge canvas Tidal.
