Among the bevy of showcased titles for PlayStation 5 back in 2020, Kena: Bridge of Spirits stood out to be one title that spoke out to players unlike other releases featured. In that, the project was revealed to be an ambition from Ember Labs: the team most responsible for The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask fan film ‘Terrible Fate’.

While the initial announcement took place during summer 2020, the game took an additional year for development to roll out. It was not until the following September that Kena: Bridge of Spirits officially released. Following in October that same year, Ember Lab released a new update adding photo mode to the game which is greatly appreciated.

In a new exclusive report from IGN, Kena: Bridge of Spirits is receiving new game+ in the newest update scheduled for September. Additionally, the game is also launching on Steam as well. You can watch the trailer in the video below:

“Kena: Bridge of Spirits: a story-driven, action adventure combining exploration with fast-paced combat. Untangle the past as Kena, a young Spirit Guide in search of the sacred Mountain Shrine. Help free the spirits trapped in a forgotten village with the help of the Rot, Kena’s adorable (yet powerful) spirit companions,” the Steam page description reads.

Not only that, but a separate PlayStation exclusive game is shipping for PC on a separate storefront. In that, Death Stranding via 505 Games will be arriving to PC Game Pass next week on August 23rd. You can read the full report by heading here.
