
As most of the industry knows already, Summer Game Fest was held this Thursday showcasing some of the newest titles to hit the market. In terms of the announcements already made at the show includes Sonic Superstars: a retro throwback of 2D Sonic the Hedgehog embracing a new coat of paint. Additionally, Sega also shared Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is prepped to ship later this November.
Other announcements from the showcase also revealed Square Enix’s plans for Final Fantasy VII Remake. The sequel, Rebirth, is set to release later in early 2024 for PlayStation 5. Even more, the game will require two disks, the trailer advertises. Elsewhere, the show also revealed Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is officially on the way to swing onto store shelves come October 20th this fall.
As for another reveal, Round8 Studio & NEOWIZ revealed Lies of P officially launches this September. Already, the game was confirmed to launch for Xbox Game Pass last fall. You can watch the new trailer in the video below:

“In our soulslike, you must adapt yourself and your weapons to face untold horrors, untangle the unfathomable secrets of the city’s elites and choose whether to confront predicaments with the truth or weave lies to overcome them on the journey to find yourself.” The trailer also confirmed a playable demo is available now on all platforms.
