Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018) reportedly generated 3.8 billion in revenue

The Marvel’s Spider-Man video game series is one of the most successful franchises for Sony Interactive Entertainment on its PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. Since 2018 we have seen Marvel’s Spider-Man, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and most recently, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. According to the former Global Group Marketing Manager at SIE, Marvel’s Spider-Man has generated more than 3.8 billion in revenue.

Kevin K., now the Head of Strategy and Business Development at KRAFTON Inc., revealed this information on his LinkedIn profile from when he was at Sony.

Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018) ended up selling over 20 million copies across PlayStation 4 and PC since it was released. Obviously, it’s no surprise that a Marvel game has generated so much revenue, at least according to Kevin.

Sony has never revealed the official revenue number for the 2018 PlayStation 4 hit.
