More than a month ago the talks of a New Game Plus Mode surfaced after fans flew through Insomniac’s Marvel’s Spider-Man story campaign. As fans of the game were eager for a fix, many went to platinum the superhero title. And more recently with the upcoming release of the first story DLC for the game, players are eager to return to New York City as the famous webslinger.
It was revealed by Insomniac that the long awaited New Game Plus for the title is now available in the latest update. Joining the mode will also be a new Ultimate Difficulty mode that will push the player the extra mile against tougher enemies and less forgiving gameplay.

New Game Plus will allow players to replay the main story once again with their progress carried over from the first playthrough. All your suits, gadgets, and abilities will be accessible at the very start of the story.
Two new trophies have been added to the game asking for the player to complete the game with the two newly added modes.
