Nintendo made a surprise announcement today when it revealed the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo – an interactive alarm clock designed to bring the world of Nintendo to your home. Alarmo is now available for $99.99 exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members in Canada and the United States for a limited time on the My Nintendo Store.

Alarmo features motion sensor technology that allows you to snooze your alarm with motion alone and stop it by getting out of bed. The new Nintendo Alarm Clock features 35 scenes inspired by five different iconic Switch games – Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 3, Pikmin 4, and Ring Fit Adventure.

When you pick a scene you’ll hear sounds and music from the scene you selected. You’ll also be able to check Records to see how much you move in your sleep, set an hourly chime themed to your chosen title, and change between Steady and Gentle Modes.

If players link their Nintendo Account they will be able to download scenes from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Alarmo will be available at retail starting in early 2025.
