According to a recent leak on ResetEra, the Korean Game Rating Committee has revealed Firaxis Games’ Civilization VI for Nintendo Switch. Yet another announcement that was saved for the now delayed Direct was discovered by fans.
Firaxis Games later confirmed that the title will be coming to the Switch later in November. Players will be able to take the turn-based game on the go with all that’s already available with the game on PC. Building empires, creating national relationships, and online play will play major roles in the upcoming title.
The Nintendo Switch version will also come with the latest update of fixes and tweaks. Along with featuring four civilizations with their respected leaders and scenarios:
- Vikings Scenario Pack
- Poland Civilization & Scenario Pack
- Australia Civilization & Scenario Pack
- Persia and Macedon Civilization & Scenario Pack
We will get the official reveal from publisher Nintendo in the near future. Telling that this announcement was saved for the rescheduled Direct is supported with the currently unavailable video in the post from the developer. Assuming it is the reveal trailer for the game.
Civilization VI is set to launch for Nintendo Switch on November 16, 2018.
