A large portion of updates in No Man’s Sky has and remains to be a major pull for developer Hello Games to its user base. So far in 2025, there has not been any cease in free content for the full game. Earlier in March, No Man’s Sky welcomed ‘Relics’. The title update featured dig site expeditions as well as bartering which further grew the universe for No Man’s Sky.

Additionally, the ‘Beacon’ update in June was no different in its offerings. The content introduced included a sizable recourse to the settlement system for No Man’s Sky. Nintendo Switch 2 was also added to the list of supported platforms. And the latest ‘Voyagers’ update which launched in late August delivered skydiving, multiplayer crews, and space auto-pilot – a highly-requested feature.

Now this week, the latest No Man’s Sky update is here with ‘Breach’. You can watch the update trailer in the video below:

“In Breach, players will traverse a desolate and abandoned universe and on their travels encounter the abandoned remains of ill-fated corvette ships, all ripe for scavenging ship modules to add to your corvette-building arsenal. Excavating these wrecks will yield an array of corvette pieces including rare vertical parts which unlock a whole new range of build configurations for the more creative designers,” the update blog reads.

“In the far reaches of deep space, wrecked corvettes can now be encountered and salvaged. Step out into zero-gravity to explore these hollow hulks, and equip your Multi-Tool laser to dismantle their valuable modules – then repurpose this scrap to build your dream ship at a Corvette Workshop.”
