PlayStation State of Play is set for September 24

Sony announced that it will be hosting a new PlayStation State of Play presentation on September 24, 2025. The show will have over 35 minutes of reveals and news from PlayStation Studios and developers around the world, says Sony.

In the PlayStation blog post, it was mentioned, “We’ll share new looks at anticipated third-party and indie titles, plus updates from some of our teams at PlayStation Studios.”

It has been rumored that this State of Play would happen at the end of September 2025. That turned out to be true.

There has been another report swirling that Wolverine will be at this State of Play with a new trailer from Insomniac Games.

The State of Play airs Wednesday, September 24 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET / 11PM CEST. It will be live on YouTube and Twitch.
