The Pokémon Company and Game Freak have announced that Pokémon Legends Z-A will be launching for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on October 16, 2025. The Switch 2 Edition will offer improved graphics and frame rates. Both the digital and physical versions of Pokémon Legends Z-A can be upgraded to Switch 2 Edition via an upgrade pack.

The upgrade pack will only cost $10 from the Switch to the Switch 2 Edition.

How Much Will Pokémon Legends Z-A Cost?

In the United States, here are the prices of Pokémon Legends Z-A 

Nintendo Switch – $59.99

Nintendo Switch 2 – $69.99 

The physical prices have not been revealed yet for the newest Pokémon title. There’s a lot of anticipation that it will cost at least $10 more. Nintendo has not confirmed anything regarding that yet. 

Additionally, on top of this announcement, The Pokémon Company announced it will be hosting a Pokémon Presents broadcast on July 22. The timing of the presentation has not been announced yet.
