Pokemon Sun and Moon recently launched and the sales in the first 3 days for Japan weren’t so good compared to previous launches in the past, but we still have to remember it is early and a lot of games haven’t had great launches at the start. According to Famitsu, Pokemon Sun and Moon sold 1,905,107 units in its first 3 days in Japan, which is slightly down from X/Y in it’s first week.
This does not include the digital/eShop sales, but includes double packs and DL cards. The total 3DS family hardware sales in the Sun & Moon launch week were 113,987.
We have yet to hear anything about the US sales and the rest of the world, but hopefully we hear soon.
