Respawn known for its fast-paced and energetic series Titanfall have plans to take it a step further with a new title for VR.
And to be clear, it’s neither Titanfall or Star Wars if you had your hopes up.
Announced at the Oculus Connect event and primarily on Respawn’s website, Respawn Director Peter Hirschmann made in a blog post that they plan to capture emotion in their own way on the Oculus Rift.
Specifying in the video that Respawn plans to implement war and combat into this new title, to simulate for those who have a “fascination for what it must be like”. And Respawn is well known for how they take on these elements. As Respawn was founded by Jason West and Vince Zampella, who were responsible for the development of Call Of Duty under Infinity Ward until 2010.
With no name for this new title, and to even blur out monitors throughout the video, we are left with a timeframe of 2019 until Respawn returns with more news on this new VR title. Stay tuned to Rectifygaming.com for more on this!
