Rumor: Crash Team Racing Remake Inbound For The Game Awards

The past week rumors have emerged circling around the possibility of an remake for fan favorite title Crash Team Racing. Facebook page ‘Crash Bandicoot PS4’ has been recently posted some images questioning that something will be coming on December 6th, the same day as The Game Awards. One being the fan page changing their cover photo to a graphic of a waving checkered flag.

Among other hints at the possible reveal, PlayStation Access Host Hollie Bennett has tweet a pair of orange fuzzy dice with a note reading “Sliding into the Game Awards on 6/12 – Anonymous.”

A similar instance occurred previously coming up to the reveal of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy where IGN news editor Jonathan Dornbush received a purple egg along with a mysterious note attached. Seeing the success of the N. Sane Collection last year, Activision could possibly be working on bringing the rumor to life.

Amid the plenty of rumors that have littered the wait leading towards The Game Awards, it was teased that Obsidian Entertainment will be revealing their next title at the live streamed awards show.
