Nintendo has shown off the single player mode for Splatoon 2 via today’s Nintendo Direct and it looks nothing short of incredible. The game blends 3rd person shooting with platforming elements and looks to be a ton of fun. The Splatoon 2 single-player mode takes us to Octo Canyon where Marie needs your help to combat the Octarians and hopefully save her sister Callie.
In addition, the UK direct mentioned new accessories that have yet to be confirmed for other regions, but it’s safe to assume they will make their way elsewhere. A Splatoon 2 Switch bundle is set to launch July 21st, the same day the game launches.

A new pair of Neon Green and Neon Pink Joy-Cons coming this Autumn.

And a Splatoon 2 themed Pro Controller and Switch carrying case, both also launching alongside the game.
