The sequel to Team Meat’s 2012 title Super Meat Boy is finally forming structure as the studio has released new trailer which includes the official release date for the upcoming title.

The new trailer shows off some of the game’s story along with a few glimpses of Super Meat Boy and Bandage Girl’s techniques to traverse through the close encounters the game is known for. From leading off walls to punching through enemies and so on, the game seems it will be even more energetic than its predecessor.

What really stands out though is that the upcoming title will be available on PC, but not on Steam. Team Meat’s title will be available on Epic Games’ Store instead which is a surprise seeing how recent the new online game marketplace was revealed.

Super Meat Boy Forever will be available for PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in April 2019.
