In a short but packed Nintendo Direct. Square enix unveiled the games that will be joining the switch library. The answer to that is…well almost all of them. Final fantasy VII, IX, X, X-2, 12, are all coming to the Nintendo switch. In the past the only portable option for final fantasy games were in the 3DS and PS portables. Not only will the graphics look better, but the ability to fast forward through cutscene and other mods can be used to speed up the action. We will hear more in 2019 when we can play these remasters.

Along with the HD remaster editions of the past, we were given three new Final Fantasy games on the switch in the near future.

“World of Final Fantasy Maxima”- Releasing on Nov. 6 2019.

Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy!” – Coming winter 2018.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition Releasing in 2019.

Many great gaming franchises that have shown success on different platforms, are finally finding it’s was comfortably in the Nintendo switch family.

The Legacy of Final Fantasy will also be hitting the Xbox One which was announced right after the Nintendo Direct on the Xbox Wire.
