The world hasn’t seen a new Mass Effect game since the release of Mass Effect Andromeda in 2017 and there’s been speculation for the next title. On N7 Day, a video was shared on the official X (formerly known as Twitter) account that teases the next title in the series.

Known insider from Giant Bomb, Jeff Grubb shares in a recent podcast episode that Mass Effect 5 won’t come out until 2029. “This game is just nowhere near coming out, It’s like when they revealed Dragon Age Dreadwolf in 2018, this is similar in terms of timeline and do the math for that. We aren’t seeing Mass Effect 5 until 2029.”
