The Windows store has been updated and now lets you remotely install apps. For all apps that appears on both stores, PC and Xbox, you can also purchased the app/game on PC and send it remotely to install on your Xbox One without redownloading it separately.
Games were always able to do this, but now all apps are included as well. Some minor UI changes were also implemented, and the download speed is now shown similar to Xbox One installs. It’s all part of the new store in the most recent update which is out to all users today.
