wolfenstein tv show

A new report has surfaced online, originally by Windows Central’s Jez Corden, that Wolfenstein 3 is in development from Bethesda’s MachineGames. Kotaku had also confirmed the report from their own sources that the game is being worked on.

MachineGames is coming hot off the release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle in 2024. The original report shares that Wolfenstein 3 will coincide with the upcoming Wolfenstein Amazon TV show.

No other details have emerged other than the fact that this looks to be the next project in the works at MachineGames. Bethesda has not commented publicly yet, but 2026 could be a big year as the company is reaching its 40th anniversary.

The last Wolfenstein to be released was Wolfenstein: Youngblood in 2019; prior to that was Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus in 2017.

There have been other reports about remakes of Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 on top of these other projects in the works at Bethesda. It could also be a big year for Starfield.
