Spring is in full swing and so are the exciting additions for PlayStation Plus. Starting things off in March, the free games then featured an impressive lineup consisting of Monster Hunter Rise, Slime Rancher 2, PGA Tour 2K25, and The Elder Scrolls Online. Then, Game Catalog later that same month included the likes of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II, Persona 5 Royal as well.

Moving into April just last month, the free games continued this streak once again featuring Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream then. And, the latter half of April 2026 went on to headline Game Catalog with more hits like The Crew Motorfest alongside The Casting of Frank Stone too.

Now in May, the lineup for PlayStation Plus’ free games is back with a new lineup to keep your backlog full ahead of the summer. Next week, three new titles are coming to PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers – Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, EA Sports FC 26, Nine Sols.

Our review for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers was left impressed with the souls experience; scoring it a 7.5/10. “Leenzee Games has created an ambitious debut that, for all its rough edges, manages to be a solid contender in the Soulslike genreAtmospheric and challenging, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers captures the essence of what makes these games enduringly popular, even as it struggles with uneven balance, difficulty spikes, and poor technical performance.”

And, we also urge you read through our review for EA Sports FC 26. “It may not be revolutionary, but it’s the most balanced and satisfying football simulation EA has released in years. The divide between Authentic and Competitive play is a masterstroke, the AI and physics feel genuinely refined, and the quality-of-life improvements finally make Ultimate Team and Clubs worth investing in again.” You can read the full review by heading here.

Which games are you most excited to install first later this month?

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, EA Sports FC 26, Nine Sols arrives to PlayStation Plus from May 5, 2026 to June 1, 2026.
