Xbox Presents: Stranger Than Heaven Broadcast announced for May 6

Today, Microsoft held an Xbox Partner Preview livestream that featured multiple different third-party games releasing this year and beyond. One of the headliners was Stranger Than Heaven from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, showcasing a new trailer and revealing a dedicated broadcast for the game.

Microsoft and SEGA announced Xbox Presents: A Special Look at Stranger Than Heaven, a first-of-its-kind standalone broadcast featuring a deep dive into the game. It will air on May 6, 2026, at 4 PM PT / 1 PM ET. 

Stranger Than Heaven will release day one on Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series, Xbox on PC, Xbox Cloud, Steam, and PlayStation 5. It is an Xbox Play Anywhere game. 

A release date has yet to be announced for the new game by RGG Studio.
