From the new setting of Cuba-inspired Yara to the make-shift arsenal that you fight against the totalitarian forces helmed by Giancarlo Esposito’s Anton Castillo, Far Cry 6 is going heavy with content for this new release. From our review, “Far Cry 6 is an excellent game, a strong story and refined gameplay make it my favorite Far Cry yet,” said critic David Rodriguez.

Looking ahead, Ubisoft’s roadmap for post-launch included three episodes starring the antagonists of prior Far Cry titles: Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4, and Far Cry 5. Additionally, the free DLC coming includes crossovers with Danny Trejo, John Rambo, and Stranger Things. It was in November than the first DLC starring Vass Montenegro ‘Insanity’ launched.

Now on Tuesday, Ubisoft officially ships out its second add-on, Control. The new DLC follows Far Cry 4 bad guy Pagan Min and explores his mental state in the expansion. “In Control you will play as Pagan Min and explore his mind, experiencing Kyrat through his narcissistic eyes as you fight inner demons, ghosts from your past, and… yourself,” the description shares.

Similarly, Ubisoft & Dark Horse Comics already laid out this cross-game venture with comic series Far Cry: Rite of Passage. The paperback line explores the story ahead of Far Cry 6 whilst still incorporating Vass Montenegro (Far Cry 3) Pagan Min (Far Cry 4), and Joseph Seed (Far Cry 5).
