Disney and Fortnite Developer, Epic Games held a showcase at D23 on Saturday evening featuring new updates coming to the Battle Royale title. A lot of the announcements were popular Disney characters coming to Fortnite, but the main reveal was the Absolute Doom Battle Pass coming in Chapter 5 Season 4.
The new trailer for Absolute Doom revealed multiple Marvel characters that will be joining the game including Doctor Doom, Gwenpool, Captain Jones, Mysterio, and more. Below is a list of the other Marvel characters that will be featured in the Battle Pass:
- War Machine
- Peelverine
- Emma Frost
- Mysterio
- Shuri
- Captain Jones
- Doctor Doom
Doctor Doom will be featured as the “secret” unlock this time around in Chapter 5 Season 4 and will be available to players in September.
Absolute Doom Battle Pass will cost 950 V-Bucks and will feature all of the new Marvel characters to join Fortnite.
The X-Men Bundle was also one of the announcements during the D23 Showcase which is now available featuring Cyclops, Colossus, and Jubilee.
