Last year came the end of 2025. For Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft has throned select titles for achieving new milestones for its subscription. For third-party releases, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was the most-popular release in that vein. Additionally, it was also shared that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was pitted the most-played release for the service despite its short release window in November that fall.
As for the service to deliver major releases, January 2026 has already started off strong thus far. In the first batch of new additions, it was revealed that games Star Wars Outlaws & Resident Evil Village were part of that roster. Even more, there is others to look forward too likely in the approaching Xbox Developer_Direct set for later this week as well.
