PlaySide Studios announced that MOUSE: P.I. For Hire has sold approximately 730,000 units across all platforms since its launch. Console units have also increased to 50% of total units sold as the game has seen significant visibility on console storefronts.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire holds a ‘Very Positive’ rating on Steam with a 94 percent review score, and the game is nearing perfect reviews on Xbox and PlayStation Stores.

PlaySide expects the FY26 revenue to be in the range of $50M to $53M in Australian dollars.

The continued performance of MOUSE: P.I. For Hire has been really pleasing and reflects the strength of the IP, the quality and persistence of effort from all teams, and the depth of player and social engagement we are seeing across every platform. The upgrade to FY26 revenue guidance reflects both the title’s launch trajectory and our confidence in its ongoing commercial performance. We remain focused on supporting the title across its full lifecycle while continuing to execute against our broader publishing and development pipeline for Game of Thrones: War for Westeros, the Dumb Ways franchise and Dew,” Benn Skender, PlaySide Studios CEO stated.

MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is a great first-person shooter that comes with a clever story that also has its moments. At Rectify Gaming, we scored the game a 9 out of 10 in our review.

It’s developed by Fumi Games, based in Poland. It is now available on Switch 2, Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
