
Ubisoft and developer Vantage Studios announced that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has sold over 3 million copies worldwide since its release on July 9.
Last week, Ubisoft shared that the game sold 2 million copies in just 24 hours across all available platforms.
So far player feedback has been positive. On Steam user reviews are sitting at a “Very Positive” rating. Vantage Studios has also been responsive in regards to post-launch support including quality-of-life updates, bug fixes, and the recent announcement of a New Game+ mode which will further enhance replayability.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is a faithful remake rebuilt from the ground up and powered by the latest Anvil engine.
Set during the Golden Age of Piracy, Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced invites players to sail the Caribbean as Edward Kenway, a rebellious pirate captain drawn into the centuries-old conflict between Assassins and Templars. As Edward pursues glory and fortune, he crosses paths with legendary figures such as Blackbeard, Anne Bonny, and Calico Jack, while the fate of everything the pirates have built hangs in the balance.
Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is available on XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Store, and Windows.
