The Xbox Scorpio will be officially revealed a bit later today at the Xbox E3 conference, but the price has been leaked by Geoff Keighley. As most expected, it will retail at $499.
The price has been rumored for a while, especially considering the tech inside and the advancement beyond other consoles. The Xbox One S based 500GB model was lowered to $199 today as well. Even though it doesn’t come with a game, that’s the lowest price it has been and a homerun if you are looking to upgrade your console. If you already have an Xbox One and want to upgrade for more power and 4K, than you can probably trade in your Xbox One for at least $100 toward the price.
More details will be revealed later at the event beginning at 3pm est, which will also star Forza Motorsport 7 in full 4K glory. Be sure to check it out and let us know what you think.
