Though the sequel will holds its similarities to the first game, Hornet hones her own set of abilities that varies from Hollow Knight such as more strategic acrobatic combat and a whole arsenal of weapons to use.

Those who backed Hollow Knight on Kickstarter will receive the game for free. Team Cherry’s Ari Gibson & William Pellen discuss the upcoming sequel in a separate video, expanding on what will be in the new title and the decision to make it a follow-up game. You can what the complete video here.

Hollow Knight: Silksong currently does not have a release date, but will be launching on both PC and Nintendo Switch in the coming future.
