Activision has filed a trademark for Crash Bandicoot in motion picture and television programs.
It was rumored a few months ago that a Crash Bandicoot movie and animated series were in the works.

The Crash Bandicoot movie has been well into production, according to TheVScooper on Twitter. They mention that it’s “Very Advanced”. The film is also expected to be a theater release by Sony.
On Tuesday, June 2, Sony is hosting its State of Play presentation, and there is hope to hear updates on movies and TV shows in the works. We do know that a God of War TV Series has been in production with Amazon.
