Arc Raiders continuously introduces new events since its release, and Shared Watch is the new time-limited event. The Shared Watch Event runs for a limited time, allowing the players to gain useful rewards. The objective here for you is not engaging with other raiders, but it’s the Arc Machines.
Damage and defeating them allows you to gain Merits, a crucial currency to unlock new rewards in Arc Raiders. You must claim each unlocked reward manually if the UI requires it, but most event systems auto-grant them after reaching the milestones.

How Shared Watch Event Works
The Shared Watch event in Arc Raiders is a limited-time event where you engage with Arc machines to earn XP. These XPs are then converted into Merits. This currency is used to earn rewards such as cosmetics, raider tokens, blueprints, emotes, charms, and more. This event will take place from February 10 to February 24, 2026, for a short duration.
Destroying the Arcs or damaging them grants XP. However, eliminating the Arc machine usually grants more XP to your character. Killing other raiders doesn’t grant you any Merits, so don’t focus on them. You play the normal game and fight the Arcs on the way to progress.
Even helping other players in killing the Arc machines can grant you a decent amount of Merits. 100 XP earned from ARC combat is nearly equal to 1 Merit. As you earn Merits, you unlock items on the Shared Watch Rewards Track. This 14-day event is the best opportunity for the players to earn this currency and unlock exclusive rewards.

This event offers 21 total rewards that players can earn using the Merits in Raiders. You must earn 1,050 Merits total to unlock all rewards. Below are all the rewards you can unlock during the Shared Watch Event.

Obtain the Rewards
Once you reach a Merit milestone, the corresponding reward becomes claimable in your game interface under the Shared Watch reward track. You don’t need to do extra quests because you reach the Merit number, and the unlock happens. Open the Shared Watch event page in the main menu and see the reward and its required Merits. Rewards that you’ve unlocked will be automatically added to your Inventory and Raider tab for outfits, etc.
Cold Snap Event Returns
Players’ most favorite event (Cold Snap) returns alongside the Shared Watch event in Arc Raiders. It comes back only as a map/weather condition, not as a repeated standalone event. You may also find Snowballs and Candleberries again.
The return of the Cold Snap event is reinstated as a map condition that affects gameplay. Cold Snap brings freezing weather, frostbite damage if you stay outside too long, making it difficult to eliminate the Arc machines. However, the Candleberries are no longer tied to any specific event.
