Assassin’s Creed Mirage is receiving free content later this year

Ubisoft made a surprise announcement that its 2023 release, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, will be receiving free new content and gameplay improvements this year. The post shared on X (Twitter) confirmed that a new story chapter & missions set in the 9th century AIUIa will be coming to the game. 

They also confirmed that gameplay improvements for the base game and the new location will be arriving in Mirage. They reiterated that this update will be completely free.

The feedback on Assassin’s Creed Mirage when it was released a couple of years ago was fairly positive. In our review of the game, we scored it an 8/10. It gives you an engaging Assassin experience that enhances gameplay. Doing additional work to reach your target immerses you in the assassination experience.

In related news, there had been rumors swirling that Assassin’s Creed Mirage would be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. However, Ubisoft has not confirmed it yet and seems to be focusing on Star Wars Outlaws for the handheld console first. 

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is available to play on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, iOS devices, and PC.
