Today, Ubisoft announced that it has canceled six games that were in development, including Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake. They’ve also delayed seven projects, which is believed to include Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced.
One of the highly anticipated games from Ubisoft that has been reported to be safe is Beyond Good & Evil 2. According to Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson, the current version of the game has been in development since 2017, with at least eight years of good development.
Ubisoft didn’t officially say that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is safe, so we should always take reports like this with a grain of salt. However, Tom Henderson has a good reputation with his sources at Ubisoft.
