What continues to be a selling point for Microsoft in its gaming sector is Xbox Game Pass. Although console is another story, its most successful venture is its Netflix-esque business model spread across its units, PC, and mobile. It was reported that roughly $1 billion is spent annually on investing in Xbox Game Pass. This month’s additions consisting of MLB The Show, Sifu, and Mad Streets is an example of that.
Looking ahead, the Xbox firm is looking to bolster its subscription with heavy-hitters for this fall. It was already confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is to launch for the service upon release. What’s more, Modern Warfare III & Warzone will also ship for Xbox Cloud Gaming this week. Microsoft also stated Starcraft & Starcraft II are to ship on PC Game Pass as well.

If not already, read our review for Modern Warfare III. “In general, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III has an unimpressive Campaign that is forgettable compared to the rest of the franchise. The game’s multiplayer is expected to carry the load with the return of classic maps that are not even original to the new game and a weird twist on Zombies.” We scored the game 5/10.
On October 31st, there will be a handful of titles departing. Those are Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery (Cloud; Console; PC), Headbangers (Cloud; Console; PC), Inkulinati (Cloud; Console; PC), Lonely Mountain’s Downhill (Cloud; Console; PC), Mineko’s Night Market (Cloud; Console; PC).
