Bluehole, the developer of runaway multiplayer success story PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is in active discussions with Sony regarding a PlayStation 4 version of the game. We aren’t sure how that could end up because Microsoft recently announced that the company would be publishing the Xbox One edition of the title later this year.
Ever since it was announced for Xbox One many still assume a PlayStation 4 version would follow soon. In an interview with Bloomberg, founder Chang Byung-gyu has revealed that his firm is currently engaged in conversations with the Japanese giant to bring the Battle Royale-inspired experience to PlayStation. “Bluehole is in talks with Sony about introducing a version for the PlayStation after [Xbox]”.
Stay tuned for more news on a possible PUBG PlayStation 4 port.
