The reveal has finally arrived for the next Call of Duty. The official name will go by Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as leaked prior and its gameplay will be revealed on June 9 during a special Direct. The announcement comes with a trailer that uses the “The Truth Lies” tagline that features Mount Rushmore and more.
Who developed Black Ops 6?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has been in development by Treyarch and Raven Software. It was reported the game has been in development for more than three years. Treyarch has been the main developer for the entire Black Ops series and it’s finally returning since Black Ops: Cold War.
The Wallstreet Journal reported that Black Ops 6 will come to Game Pass the day it releases after Microsoft had internally debated putting it on there.
June 9, 2024, will be a busy day for Xbox as they host the Xbox Games Showcase which will share news on current and upcoming video games from Microsoft.
