Developer DICE recently dropped a trailer showcasing the approaching Chapter 4: Defying the Odds which gives players a glimpse of the maps that will be part of the seasonal content drop for Battlefield V.
In total, the Swedish studio has introduced six maps in total for players to look forward to this Summer for the World War II, first-person shooter. Whilst the second location take you back to the countryside of France in the more enclosed city streets with a focus on close-quarters combat.
The fifth map introduced is part of this chapter’s upcoming mission, Operation Underground. Looking at the few glimpses shown from the trailer, the map seems to shine a light on Battlefield 3’s Operation Metro, but this time decorated to suit the current time with the look from the Second World War era.
And finally with the sixth map is only a cinematic teaser which reveals the Pacific Theatre that pits the Japanese Axis and American Allies forces against one another. Fans in the community speculated that this would be the coming content from the titled chapter “Awakening the Giant”, which initially sparked conversation following DICE laying out 2019’s content for the title.
