Looking past the development of a certain game, many expect for additional content to follow the game’s initial launch with either new modes or expansions from the story campaign. But for Devil May Cry V, this isn’t the case as Capcom has previously revealed that no more content will be coming to the hack and slash after Bloody Palace makes its introduction to the newest installment in the series.

Recently, a fan on Twitter asked the game’s Producer Matt Walker via Twitter confirming if the rumor surrounding “a ladies night dlc” to be true or not for the title. User @ShadyblackG referring to Trish and Lady being playable characters in an alleged upcoming DLC for the game. The Producer responded by denouncing the rumor as development for the game has officially finished.

Walker added on by sharing that the only chance for the duo to be coming to the game would be to “hope that at some point we can convince the people at the top that it’s worth doing.” As seeing both characters are playable in Devil May Cry 4, this does not set a foundation for the successor.

This however does give room for the possibility of a Special Edition of the March-released title which could, if this ever happens, include the two females to the playable roster. As the previous title followed with the same titular version, this isn’t too far off of a prediction.
