Diablo 1 recreation is coming to Diablo 3 next week thanks to an anniversary patch arriving on Public Test Realm. Also, a new class has been announced called Necromancer. This class will be paid via character pack, and not as part of a new expansion. The Necromancer abilities weren’t detailed in the opening ceremony but is inspired by the Necromancer from Diablo 2. Blizzard also said it would be added two new zones for free to Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls next year. They are the Shrouded Moors, and the Temple of the First Born. They’ll be accessible via Adventure mode.
From the description of the video it reads:
“Command a new army of the dead! The Rise of the Necromancer pack will go on sale in 2017, including the Necromancer playable class, additional stash and character slots, and cosmetic goodies.”
