The recent Nintendo Partner Direct has been an eventful presentation to say the least. While not directly incorporating new additions to the platform from Nintendo themselves, there is a heap of titles planned for the service within the coming year. One of the biggest announcements unique to Nintendo Switch is Super Monkey Ball: Banana Rumble which is planned to launch later this June.

Additionally, two Xbox titles are also paved for the Nintendo eShop later this spring. Tomorrow, Obsidian Entertainment’s Pentiment is to hit the platform. And later in April, Grounded is to arrive – another game from Obsidian Entertainment. Excitingly, an Epic Mickey remake is also on the way with a release date aimed for late 2024.

Closing out the show, Nintendo announced Endless Ocean Luminous is coming later this spring. You can watch the reveal trailer in the video below:

“Take a deep breath and plunge into the Veiled Sea: an unexplored region with discoveries that change with each dive. Encounter and learn about over 500 species of marine life—some of which are presumed extinct, or even mythical!” the Nintendo eShop description reads for Endless Ocean Luminous. “What will you find on your undersea journey? Hang out and explore together in shared expeditions of up to 30 players online.”

One more thing, purchasing Endless Ocean Luminous also appears to bundle a 1-week trial of Nintendo Switch Online according to the page listing. “Swim with friends on us—a free 7-day trial for Nintendo Switch Online is included!” the description mentions.
