Halo 5: Guardians Recorded The Biggest Launch in Halo History

One week ago we were celebrating the release of Halo 5: Guardians and now Microsoft has revealed that the game is the fastest-selling exclusive game to date, bringing in over $400m already. During this week Halo 5 has not only been the most played game on Xbox Live, but has smashed the $5 Billion mark for the franchise’s lifetime earnings.  Now that is a big achievement for an awesome franchise. There has been a staggering 21 million hours worth of gameplay played across the world, and that’s just the campaign mode. However for those interested in the online side of things, Microsoft has recorded 9 million hours of gameplay across the globe.
