
Fans of the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers who have been anticipating another videogame adaptation sometime soon, look no further as Hasbro has announced that a new title is on the way for later this Spring for the iconic universe.
The upcoming title is reads to be “a modern take on the 25 year franchise”, bringing both classic and more current Power Rangers and villains as players will be able to fight one another. Up to four players, you can either play 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 local with friends and online.
For fans of the fighting game genre or someone new to the fighting scene, Battle for the Grid is said to be a game anyone can pick up no problem. With simple controls to easily get a hand of for fresh hands: while the game also holds more in-depth button patterns and techniques to master. “Easy to learn, hard to master game, the depth is knowing when to strike, not how.”
On top of more traditional ways to play as mentioned before, Battle for the Grid will also feature cross-platform play between Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid has an aimed launch in ‘April 2019’ for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
