When it comes to iconic arcade racers we often look at Need for Speed which has gotten tons of attention over the last few years but, Burnout has been extremely quiet since Burnout Paradise Remastered in 2018.

Recently, Stellar Entertainment, who developed the Paradise Remaster, put out a post recently on X (formerly Twitter) that states “POV: You’re about to be rear ended” and if you know anything about Burnout you’ll know this would very well be a reference.

They also say “take downs” and if you remember, that is the official name of the third Burnout game.

On top of that tease, Stellar Entertainment is hiring for a AAA arcade racing title disrupting the racing scene and its built-in Unreal Engine 5 for Gen 9 consoles and PC.

It would be quite a shock to see Burnout 3: Takedown remastered, but we will have to wait and see what this mysterious video game is.

Thanks to Reddit user, OmniGlitcher for noticing this first.
