Dragami Games announced earlier in the Summer that Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP was delayed to Summer 2024 so they could extend development time. President of Dragami Games, Yoshimi Yasuda provided an update on Twitter regarding the state of the “remake”.

Yasuda announced the development team has changed Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP’s game design from Remake to Remaster. This was due to everyone’s requests.

“We have changed the game design of RePOP from Remake to Remaster based on your requests!

Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP was originally announced in 2022 with the expectation of a 2023 release, but that has obviously changed.

Platforms for the game have yet to be determined.
