Mass Effect: Andromeda is very close to launch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC and even closer for EA/Origin Access members who will be able to play a 10 hour trial days before the official launch. BioWare continues to tease Mass Effect: Andromeda’s multiplayer mode and we have gotten more details about future content with multiplayer thanks to a developer who answered a fans question on Twitter.
All Andromeda’s DLC for Multiplayer will indeed be free,  studio GM Aaryn Flynn confirmed this on Twitter and said the maps will be free, just like Mass Effect 3. That game received five multiplayer expansions, containing new maps, characters, and equipment, all of which were free.
There originally was a multiplayer beta planned for Mass Effect Andromeda, but BioWare scrapped that.
