So Tuesday Microsoft has announced they dropped the price of the Xbox One down to $299 which is down $50. That is a very good price drop considering most year one owners bought it between $400-$500 in 2013.  From the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition 500 GB bundle to the Xbox One Elite Bundle all of them will be $50 cheaper.
Keep in mind that this is only temporary as Microsoft’s official retail site notes that the discount is only for a “limited time.” It’s pretty obvious they did this weeks before E3 and rumors are floating that an Xbox Mini will be revealed as well as an upgraded Xbox One which would come in 2017.
