Mojang Announces New Delivery Service for Minecraft Gear

Mojang has announced a Loot Crate-esqe service called Mine Chest.  This monthly shipment of Minecraft gear will feature exclusive shirts, collectibles and crafting instructions.  Available immediately in the US, with plans to expand in the future, this monthly collectible shipment will cost $30 monthly, with an additional $7 shipping and handling fee.
 
Mojang explained that this chest will not only allow players to access exclusive gear and collectibles, but to also to enhance “player’s knowledge… and real life crafting experience, bridging the gap between game play and real world creativity.”  The service will launch in May, and those who sign up before the end of February will also receive an “extremely limited” Mine Chest Beta version.  You can sign up at the website.
