The team at Xbox have added bunch of new gamerpics to your profile.  They range from various games such as Gears Of War 4, Quantum Break, Killer Instinct, Minecraft, and Solitaire.
How to access them?
Through xbox.com: Account -> Profile -> Customize Profile -> Change Gamerpic.
Through Xbox One: My Profile -> Info tab -> Customize Profile -> Change Gamerpic.
