Lately there has been a lot of rumors floating around regarding the Xbox Scorpio such as it has downgraded since the reveal at E3 2016. So far we know the Scorpio will have True 4K Gaming, 6 Teraflops of Power, 320 GB/s Memory Bandwith and 8 CPU Cores. An Xbox fan had asked the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer if the team is keeping this promise.
Spencer stated that nothing changed since announcement:

Phil also said in another tweet reply that 2017 will be a good year for Xbox.
