Nintendo has made it clear they are working on a Switch Successor and have said it will be revealed by the end of March 2025. They have never confirmed the exact release window, but according to a rumor circulating from Famiboards, the Nintendo Switch 2 will be revealed in January 2025 and it will release in March 2025.
The rumor comes from a source that has been correct on other Nintendo information since 2020. This source has leaked the Switch OLED Model, Mario and Luigi: Brothership, and others.
As always we have to take rumors like this with a grain of salt. Nintendo has not responded to these rumors as of this time.
In related news, Walmart has received a new SKU for the ‘Nintendo Switch Pro’ internally and a source close to Rectify Gaming sent us an image of this in their system. It’s possible that Nintendo is gearing up for stores to have the next Switch ready for when they go up for pre-order.
